"Interiors are my passion. I love colorful interiors blended with different cultures. I find these very inspiring. Being born and brought up in Norway, but with Indian origin - my Signture Style is Fusion Design - Mix of East & West. I believe in my saying; 'Colour adds Life to lIving' which is so true! What would we do without colours? I'm the kind of person who would have liked to have lived at the Plaza. I love crystal chandeliers and gold leaf, velvets and mirrors, Oriental rugs and marble. I love things that are old and glittery, that come with layers of glamour and past lives." |
| CATHERINE HAMER Catherine comes from a strong and broad art and design background. She has numerous art and design related qualifications and experience in a variety of art, design and media sectors such as Interior Design, Graphics, Digital Media, Production/Set Design and 3D/CAD Design. "I am passionate about design as a whole, coming from a varied art and design education, dating back from high school through to post graduate study. This meant developing a keen interest in anything art and design related, from Interior/Architecture to graphics and media through to painters, sculptors and art history. My passion for travel and my cultural awareness is another key factor in getting inspiration and ideas. It widens my knowledge of multi cultural design. Inspiration for my designs are pooled from my exensive travels throughout the world." |
